Yes. This is V2. I'm already planning on making it a lot better than the first one ^^; It was only made last night and already has about 10 members, thanks to Belle.

I would really like it if you could make a banner D: It would be very helpful, considering I am unable to do so myself.

However, it would run on Skype.
KS did it.
They embeded it to the Main Page, and whenever CCH wanted, he could transmit everything in Skype.
However, I'd need CCH's help and also I'd need you guys to get Skype if you want to be in the radio.
